OT/IT Systems Analyst (Senior) - Operations & Compliance

Talen Energy is seeking an OT/IT Systems Analyst (Senior) to ensure the secure, compliant, and reliable operation of IT and OT systems supporting critical energy and industrial infrastructure. The role will bridge IT and OT domains, supporting the deployment of cybersecurity tools, improving network segmentation, and ensuring adherence to NERC CIP and industry cybersecurity frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Industrial Automation, or related field
• 7+ years of combined IT/OT experience, including 2+ years in industrial cybersecurity or compliance-driven environments
• Strong understanding of NERC CIP compliance, and industrial cybersecurity frameworks
• Hands-on experience with OT infrastructure and cybersecurity controls
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
