The P&C Project Manager will lead global or regional People & Culture (HR) projects, responsible for project execution, team management, and stakeholder relationships.
Requirements
- Experience in a matrix organization, leading regional or global service project teams
- Strong cross-cultural communications, influence, leadership, conflict/problem management and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Workday, ServiceNow, and project management softwares is a plus
