Plat4mation Switzerland is looking for a skilled Business Process Consultant with hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM Discovery to join their team in Winterthur or Lausanne, with flexible home-office arrangements.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with ServiceNow, including hands-on involvement with ITOM Discovery
- Solid understanding of the CMDB, Service Mapping, and related ITOM capabilities
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, stakeholder facilitation, and user story definition
- Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery (required)
- Fluent in English (professional level) and native-level German or French
- Familiarity with ITIL, infrastructure components (e.g., servers, networks, cloud), and data governance
