Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT Operations, OT environments, or IT/OT convergence projects.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB/CSDM modules.
- Familiarity with industrial systems such as SCADA, PLC/DCS, MES, and telemetry networks.
- Experience in asset discovery, service mapping, and configuration management.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
