This role is for a Production Support Analyst (PAC) within the Production Operations Team. The analyst will provide support coverage for production incidents, coordinating between technical and business teams, and driving process improvement through proactive problem identification. They will also build and maintain working relationships with internal customers and business partners. Experience with SAP is preferred.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience providing production support for internal or partner teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Experience with ITIL or similar ITSM models
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Proficiency with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
Requirements Summary
