Experian is seeking a remote PAM Operations & Service Delivery Manager to maintain the stability, security, and compliance of their Privileged Access Management (PAM) platforms. The role involves hands-on technical expertise and managerial responsibilities in patching, monitoring, and service delivery for privileged access requests, while also driving roadmap execution and alignment with PAM standards. This position reports to the Director of PAM and requires strong IT operations and security skills.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in IT operations, cybersecurity, or identity and access management
  • 3+ years of experience in PAM operations and service delivery
  • Experience managing teams and driving roadmaps
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM solutions (PAS, EPM, Conjur, WPM)
  • Knowledge of PAM concepts, access control models, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, PCI-DSS, GDPR, HIPAA)

Requirements Summary
