Requirements
- 3 years of experience supporting Microsoft end user technologies
- Experience troubleshooting basic conference audio/video issues
- Ability to provide hands on support to staff in office
- Spanish speaking is nice to have
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer care skills
- PowerShell experience
- Experience with infrastructure technology (servers, networking equipment)
