DXC Technology is seeking a dynamic person to join its Banking Services team as a Part Time Junior Banking Services Specialist with German. The successful candidate will provide top-quality support and solutions to the Bank's customers, working part-time hours (4PM-8PM) in a virtual or hybrid setup from Wroclaw.

Requirements

  • Fluent German (both written and spoken)
  • Communicative English
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer-centric approach
  • Ability to handle complex customer interactions and problem-solving
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
  • Experience in a BPO/corporate environment is an asset
