Patriot, LLC is seeking an onsite temporary Desktop Engineer II to ensure optimal performance and reliability of desktop environments. This role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and upgrading hardware and software systems, providing support to clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing Microsoft Windows desktop applications.

Requirements

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain desktop hardware and computer equipment.
• Design, test, integrate, and upgrade Microsoft Windows desktop applications.
• Utilize SCCM for managing Windows 11 images, software, and applications.
• Create, test, and deploy Microsoft Windows scripts to automate processes.
• Respond to client support requests, assessing and resolving issues effectively and efficiently.
• Document technical issues and solutions in ServiceNow.
• Follow up with clients to ensure resolution of issues and functionality of their systems.
• Prepare technical documentation and manuals and maintain comprehensive work tickets.
