Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in Payroll and Benefits Administration
- Experience with HR systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, Protime, and ServiceNow
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations in France, UK, Belgium, and the Netherlands
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive process improvements
- Proficiency in English, with additional fluency in French and Dutch
- Proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
