Deliver the Payroll & HR Admin service offering to maximize business performance by establishing a professional, modern and lean payroll and HR administration process and providing excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant area such as Human Resources Management, Business Administration or similar
  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Fluency in English, both in speech and writing
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of payroll and HR administration process and a firm understanding of accounting principles
  • Good knowledge of cloud-based payroll and HR administration systems like SuccessFactors, or similar as well as Microsoft 365 and Teams and ticketing system like ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of Payspace or similar payroll systems is an advantage
  • Knowledge in agile methods and tools like Teams
