Deliver the Payroll & HR Admin service offering to maximize the business performance. Establish a professional, modern and lean payroll and HR administration process, manage external providers, and oversee Master Data compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required in relevant area, such as Human Resources Management, Business Administration or similar
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of working as Payroll and/or HR Admin specialist
- Experience in project management
- Technical skills and experience to support with automation initiatives like API
- Extensive knowledge and experience of payroll and HR administration process and a firm understanding of accounting principles
- Knowledge of Payspace or similar payroll systems is an advantage
- Knowledge of PowerBI or similar data analysis tools
- Good knowledge of cloud based payroll and HR administration systems like SuccessFactors, or similar as well as Microsoft 365 and Teams and ticketing system like ServiceNow
- Experience of digitalization and automation of HR processes
- Knowledge in agile methods and tools like Teams
