Danfoss is seeking a Payroll Manager for Northern Europe to lead and inspire a team of 11 professionals. This role involves driving efficiency, compliance, and employee satisfaction within the company's operations, particularly for Denmark, Norway, Finland, and the UK. The manager will own end-to-end payroll processes, leverage technology, and contribute to continuous improvement and project optimization. The position is offered at a hybrid work model and reports to the EMEA HR Services Head of Payroll.
Requirements
- Extensive experience within payroll, time and benefits administration.
- Proven leadership experience managing a larger, virtual team.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to set the direction and lead with empathy.
- Hands-on experience with both in-house and outsourced payroll.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects related to payroll processes and systems, with a track record of optimizing and digitalizing processes.
- Strong focus on stakeholder management and the ability to interact confidently at all organizational levels.
