Payroll Professional

Danfoss is seeking a Payroll Professional for its EMEA HR Services organization. This role involves processing payroll, managing employee relations, and supporting global processes like ASR and ESR. The position requires a motivated individual who is passionate about quality, employee experience, and process optimization. This position is within a newly formed team focused on the development of a delivery model within a shared services setup.

Requirements

• Process monthly payroll for designated countries in coordination with vendors.
• Work with HR, Finance, and external payroll partners to address issues.
• Act as a point of contact on payroll and HR admin matters.
• Document tasks and create knowledge articles.
• Support communication with employees.
• Participate in projects and initiatives.
• Maintain HR systems (ServiceNow, Omeks, Qntra).
• Prepares reports for corporate and governmental needs.
• Oversee outsourcing partner connections.
