We're Haleon, a new world-leading consumer health company. We're looking for a People Experience Partner to provide strategic and operational HR support. The role involves HR administration, employee relations, performance management, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, including performance management, onboarding, employee relations, and talent management
• Proficiency in HR technology (Workday, ServiceNow)
• Ability to analyze engagement data, metrics, and HR analytics
• Fluency in Hebrew and English
