Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, including performance management, onboarding, employee relations, and talent management
- Proficiency in HR technology (Workday, ServiceNow)
- Ability to analyze engagement data, metrics, and HR analytics
- Fluency in Hebrew and English
