The People Operations Junior Manager will oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes managed by the People Operations team, guiding and coordinating the team in delivering accurate and timely transactions in Workday and related systems. The role involves team leadership, process improvement, and stakeholder management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in People Operations, Shared Services or HR delivery in a leadership role for at least 1+ years
- Familiarity with HR processes and policies, ideally in multi-country or regional operations
- Proficiency in Workday and ServiceNow (or similar systems like SAP)
