People Services Specialist

Zscaler is seeking a People Services Specialist to join their People and Culture team. This hybrid role will focus on supporting employees through internal communication channels, managing employee data in HRIS, and assisting with HR operations. The role requires a resource for employee requests, programs and processes transformation, and a focus on creating a friction-free employee experience. Zscaler is a leading provider of cloud security and fosters an inclusive culture.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working in human resources
• Experience supporting operational HR programs
• Experience supporting HR functions across multiple countries
• Experience supporting employees through ticketing software (ServiceNow, Jira)
• Background in People Ops or HR technologies (Preferred)
• Experience with Workday and ServiceNow (Preferred)
• Experience with Excel (Preferred)
• Ability to provide excellent employee support
