The People Solutions Analyst is responsible for administering employee leave of absence programs, managing reasonable adjustments and handling end to end severance operations.
Requirements
- Administer and track all employee leave of absence, severance, and accommodation cases
- Serve as a primary advisor to employees and managers on program processes, policies, and procedures
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate case management, documentation, and timely resolution of cases
- Maintain accurate records and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information
- Conduct cost analysis and process payments related to severance, partnering with payroll and finance teams
- Stay up to date with changes in relevant legislation, proactively updating processes and advising stakeholders to ensure ongoing compliance
