As a People Solutions Analyst, you will act as a project manager and configurator for system enhancements and configurations. You will be responsible for performing tier 2 and tier 3 support for the Workday platform, solving issues with a predefined SLA in ServiceNow or other work management systems. You will also guide Tier 4 AMS system-related process enhancements and bug fixes, and collaborate with P&O leaders and P&O Business Partner(s) to determine/prioritize the fixes and enhancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Service/Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Human Resources including experience with the design, implementation, and support of HR Information Systems
  • 3+ years' Workday system administration/maintenance experience
  • Experience gathering data requirements and documentation with basic understanding of business process mapping
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and procedures as well as an understanding of how those translate into systems
