The People Solutions Manager - Philippines Lead will oversee Global People Solutions for the Philippines region, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and consistent HR back office service delivery. The leader will manage a team of professionals, driving operational excellence and building a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a bachelors degree or at least 6 years of relevant work experience with an Advanced Degree
- Experience using enterprise scale HRIS like Workday or similar and Case Management systems like ServiceNow or similar
- Knowledge of people functional policies and practices within a Global Shared Services model
