People Technology Specialist

Miro is seeking a People Technology Specialist to join their global People Tech team in Berlin. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of Workday experience and a customer-first mindset. They will play a key part in keeping the digital people experience simple and reliable, and contribute to improving global People processes and shaping the future of People Technology.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience (Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, or similar modules)
• Curiosity, a customer-first mindset, and eagerness to learn to make an impact
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
• Good analytical with a keen attention to detail
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and training skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on removing obstacles for others
• Experience using IT service delivery management tools, e.g. Jira, ServiceNow, Oracle Fusion Field, etc.
