Job Title: ISP Centre Services Pilot Location: 73 Rue Anatole France, 92300 Levallois-Perret, France Job Type: Temps complet Description: The CDS Devoteam team performs the following functions: Performing risk analyses following the MESARI methodology, Animation of workshops with project owners, Collect, verify, and validate evidence, Follow-up of security audits, Maintenance and updating of the register and risk analysis security, Preparation of Risk Synthesis Notes (FSR), Verification of the implementation of corrections following penetration tests (pentests), in coordination with technical teams. The CDS pilot has several responsibilities: Relationship between the client and Devoteam and comitology, Management of the team (+10 consultants), organization of the load and schedule, distribution of ISP files to team members, Follow-up of CDS performance, forecasts, and indicators, Technical expert handling complex ISP and risk analysis subjects and supporting team members, Advice to the client on strategic transformation and tooling subjects, Participation in CDS recruitment, onboarding of new resources, and training, Escalation of blocking subjects to Devoteam management.

Requirements

• Mastering the following subjects: Knowledge of the SI Security domain and related continuity risks, Methodology of risk analysis ISO 27005 / EBIOS RM, Control / Audit methodology, Knowledge of production environments and associated technologies, System Infrastructure and Networks, Public, Private Cloud notions, ISO 27001:2022.
• Advanced knowledge on: IAM, Cryptology, DevSecOps, ITIL, Artificial Intelligence, Regulatory Analysis (RGPD, NIS2, DORA, LPM, PCI DSS...)
• Soft skills: The CDS Pilot occupies a key position with high responsibility, both at Devoteam and with our client. Being able to pilot a complex project and manage a team, manage conflicts and complex situations, Being rigorous and organized, Demonstrating ease of relation and oral communication, Having a good synthesis and analysis spirit, Being able to adapt to unexpected situations and interlocutors, Having a consulting approach and being a force of proposal towards our client and their business teams.
