HELPLINE is a French company in the Digital Services sector, accompanying IT and business management teams in their transformation projects. As the Operations Pilot, your mission will be to perform daily checks and analysis of events, accompany the transformation of certain indicators, and master project management in Agile mode.
Requirements
- Technical context of a support N1 for exploitation piloting (Vue 'pilot' view) within an IT production
- Hypervision and supervision tools (Zabbix, BMCAO,...) and essential notions on underlying IT technologies (mainframe, cyber, open, infrastructure...)
- ITIL practices
- POWERBI knowledge
- CMDB/ITSM (servicenow) mastery
- Practices: 1. Procedure writing 2. Project management
- Data quality analysis, incident analysis, solution proposal, and investigation taste
- Good communication skills
- Rigor, good writer, and corrector
