Requirements
- Technical background in a N1 operation pilot (Vantage 'pilot') within an information-driven production.
- Hypervision and supervision tools (Zabbix, BMCAO, etc.)
- Knowledge of Info mainframe, Cyber, open, application infrastructure system
- Knowledge of ITIL practices
- Knowledge of PowerBI
- Mastery of CMDB/ITSM (servicenow)
- Writing of procedures
- Project management
