Requirements

• Must hold an active secret level clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT change management roles
• Strong knowledge of joint military operations, interagency coordination, and allied force integration in developing complex operational plans.
• Exceptional analytical skills in designing scenarios, assessing risks, and aligning plans with established priorities and command objectives.
• Expertise in resource allocation, risk mitigation, and compliance with DoD regulations across the planning lifecycle.
• Strong leadership abilities in guiding cross-functional teams, conducting training exercises, and delivering high-level briefings on operational concepts.
• Proven record of leading major technology assignments and supervising planning teams within high-stakes military environments.
• ITIL v4 Foundation certification
• Proven ability to lead and facilitate meetings with diverse groups of stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with change management tools and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow)
