Platform Administrator - Remote & Elevated Access

E.ON is seeking a Platform Administrator for their Remote and Elevated Access Platforms to ensure the technical administration, operation, and further development of security and access platforms. The role involves hands-on administration, automation, integration, and lifecycle support, focusing on core platforms like TeamViewer Tensor Pro and BeyondTrust PAM, while collaborating with various teams to ensure a secure and scalable infrastructure. This role supports both the Energy transition, and a new generation of innovative technology.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with TeamViewer Tensor Pro (or similar remote access solutions) and its enterprise administration features.
• In-depth knowledge of BeyondTrust Privileged Access Management or comparable PAM tools.
• Proven skills in PowerShell scripting, REST API integrations, and task automation.
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow, including request workflows and approval chains.
• Working knowledge of IAM systems, Microsoft Entra, Power BI, and Power Automate.
• Solid understanding of access control, admin rights governance, and security compliance.
• Structured and independent working style, high reliability and problem-solving mindset.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
