Platform Architect

The Platform Architect will work with Tech 4 Tech product squads to enhance ITSM processes, support Agile transformations, and optimize portfolio management practices. They will leverage industry-leading tools to streamline workflows and improve service delivery.

Requirements

• At least 10 years' professional experience in the same field
• Agile methodologies: experience working in Agile environments, such as Scrum or Kanban
• Strong understanding of Service management, governance & ITIL process
• Proven ability to prioritize features, define user stories, and create acceptance criteria
• In-depth knowledge of agile principles, service management and technologies
• Familiarity with agile and service management tools such as Jira, Servicenow etc
