Platform Architect - ServiceNow - Immediate Start

Datacom is seeking a Platform Architect to guide the ServiceNow platform for organizations in Australia and New Zealand. This role involves aligning ServiceNow capabilities with business strategy, driving enhancements, and ensuring adherence to governance standards. The platform architect will lead the Platform Support Team and contribute to platform operations and management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on platform architecture and enterprise service management
• Experience in ServiceNow System Administration and Application Development
• Experience with database design schemas, data modelling, middleware, and discovery technologies
• Relevant Certifications in ServiceNow (e.g., Certified ServiceNow System Administrator, Certified Application Developer)
• Scripting and developing complex workflows within ServiceNow
• Proven negotiating skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong collaboration skills
• Experience in Program Governance & Steering Committees, Demand Management, and related activities
