The Platform Architect will work with Tech 4 Tech product squads to enhance ITSM processes, support Agile transformations, and optimize portfolio management practices. They will leverage industry-leading tools to streamline workflows and improve service delivery.
Requirements
- At least 10 years' professional experience in the same field
- Agile methodologies: experience working in Agile environments, such as Scrum or Kanban
- Strong understanding of Service management, governance & ITIL process
- Proven ability to prioritize features, define user stories, and create acceptance criteria
- In-depth knowledge of agile principles, service management and technologies
- Familiarity with agile and service management tools such as Jira, Servicenow etc
