BCI is seeking a Platform Engineer to join our team for a 15-month fixed term position. As a key contributor, you will have the flexibility to work in either our Victoria or Vancouver office while enjoying extended benefits and a performance-based incentive plan.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Platform Administrator, Platform Engineer, Developer, or Software Engineer
- Hands-on experience with service management platforms, including in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules
- Proficiency in configuring both on-premise and cloud-based environments
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Lean, Kanban, or Scrum) and DevOps practices
- Solid understanding of one or more common programming languages (e.g., CSOM, JavaScript, jQuery, C#, PowerShell, XML/XSLT, Python, R, etc.) and related technologies
