We are looking for a Platform Operations Intern to join our S&P Global ServiceNow team. The successful candidate will oversee and optimize the ServiceNow platform, introduce new functionalities, and provide assistance and training to users. The role is perfect for a fully matriculated student with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Requirements
- Fully matriculated students with anticipated undergraduate graduation date in Fall 2025 or Spring 2026
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools is a plus
- Basic understanding of programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, or Python
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in analyzing processes and workflows
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, contributing to group efforts and supporting peers
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrates initiative and a proactive approach to identifying issues and proposing solutions
