The S&P Global ServiceNow team is seeking a Platform Operations Intern to enhance the organization's operational capabilities and user experience. The intern will oversee and optimize the ServiceNow platform, introduce new functionalities, and provide assistance and training to users.
Requirements
- Fully matriculated students with anticipated undergraduate graduation date in Fall 2025 or Spring 2026;
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools is a plus.
- Basic understanding of programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, or Python.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in analyzing processes and workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, contributing to group efforts and supporting peers.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates initiative and a proactive approach to identifying issues and proposing solutions.
