This role focuses on shaping the ServiceNow platform, supporting development, and ensuring lifecycle management, while aligning with corporate strategy and business objectives. The position involves collaboration with various teams and experience with ServiceNow and ITIL certifications.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in the operation of the ServiceNow platform
- Expert knowledge in interface development and troubleshooting
- Safe handling of the ServiceNow Integration Hub Pro (preferred with Service Bridge)
- Experience in release management on the ServiceNow platform
- Desirable ServiceNow and ITIL certifications
