We're seeking a dedicated Platform Support Analyst to join our collaborative team. In this role, you'll provide expert technical support and advice to users across various technologies, including CRM systems, HRIS platforms, workforce management tools, and more.
Requirements
- Relevant academic qualifications (technical and/or business related)
- 2+ years of experience in Level 2 support roles
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in Platform Support or a similar role
- Solid understanding of T-SQL (MSSQL 2012-2019)
- Aware of all traditional architectural domains: Business, Application, Integration, Data, Information and Infrastructure & Technical
- Strong knowledge of cloud, PaaS (Microsoft’s 365 suite essential) as well as platforms like Dynamics 365, Salesforce, ServiceNow, iChris/HRESS, Workday and KRONOS Dimensions
- Previous experience with Workday (HRIS) administration is highly desirable
- Demonstrated design, build and run skills in Office 365, Power platform, Azure IaaS (incl. Azure AD), SaaS, platform integration, data classification and categorisation, and automation where applicable
- Demonstrated knowledge of ETL Processes
