Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience in PMO, project management or service management
- Degree in Business Management, Computer Sciences or related field
- Experience with ServiceNow PPM, JIRA, Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint and Confluence
- Proven ability to implement operational readiness processes and service transitions
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or ITIL certifications are a plus
