PMO-Demand management

This PMO – Demand Management role is responsible for managing and overseeing the intake, evaluation, prioritization, and resource allocation of project and service requests across the practice. The role ensures alignment with business strategy and stakeholder visibility. Responsibilities include managing the demand intake process, facilitating governance, monitoring pipeline, analyzing trends, and supporting capacity planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Computer applications / IT / related field
• 3–5 years of experience in PMO, Resource Management, or Demand Management roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with demand and portfolio management tools (like ServiceNow, Clarity PPM, Jira, etc.)
• Ability to present data in a clear, concise, and actionable manner
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience in capacity and resource planning
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
