Portfolio Associate Intern

ServiceNow is looking for a Portfolio Associate Intern to support the creation and enhancement of a portfolio of Impact Accelerators. The role involves working closely with Portfolio Managers and other product experts to gain insights and knowledge of the ServiceNow Impact Accelerators. The intern will execute the enhancement and maintenance process of Accelerator content and support the creation of new Impact Accelerators.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems or a similar field and on track to graduate Spring 2027
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written skills
• Passion to continually learn new areas of the Now Platform through instruction and self-training
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products and collaboration tools
• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
• Ability to build meaningful business relationships with ServiceNow customers, prospects, and internal colleagues
• Ambitious, creative, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to think big and deliver projects from conception through completion
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a self-managed environment
• Highly organized and efficient
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities, and ability to adapt in a flexible and fast-paced environment
