Power Platform Developer

We are looking for a Power Platform Developer to join our Software Engineering – Development team at Kyndryl. As a Power Platform Developer, you will design, develop, and implement solutions that automate business processes, enhance user experience, and integrate data sources. You will be responsible for implementing identified components, ensuring they are documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration into the final product. You will have the opportunity to architect the solution, test the code, and deploy and build a CI/CD pipeline for it.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Power platform development
• 5+ years hands on experience in developing and implementing Power platform complete solutions
• Hands -on experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, Azure services (e.g., Entra ID, Azure Storage, Azure AI), and Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Experience designing and implementing business process automation, custom canvas and model-driven apps, and virtual agent solutions
• Basic programming or scripting experience (JavaScript, Power Fx, or C# preferred)
• Experience with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) practices including solution packaging, versioning, and deployment using tools like Azure DevOps or Power Platform Pipelines
• Understanding of REST APIs, custom connectors, and integration with third-party systems such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or ServiceNow
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience in debugging, performance tuning, and optimizing Power Platform solutions using built-in analytics and monitoring tools
• Ability to create detailed documentation for apps, flows, integrations, and solution architecture
• Ensure all solutions are secure by design and compliant with organizational policies and industry regulations
