The primary goal is to ensure customer success through the ServiceNow platform, focusing on transformation and value delivery.

Requirements

• 15+ years of IT experience, 10+ years influencing senior tech leaders
• 5+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions
• Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
• Expertise designing, implementing, and managing advanced architectures in an application domain
• Experience integrating multiple systems or platforms
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
