Nexon is seeking an experienced Presales Solution Architect with skills and experience aligned to End-to-End Managed Services. The role involves navigating multi-disciplinary managed services discussions, developing scope and high-level designs for End-to-End managed services solutions, and facilitating high-quality managed services estimates.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with operational/delivery experience desirable.
- Relevant tertiary education certificate (favourable).
- Relevant technical/vendor certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365, Public Cloud, Networking, ITIL Foundation) (favourable).
- Working knowledge of multiple vendor products, including ITSM tools (ServiceNow), Monitoring & RMM tools, Microsoft / Office 365, Microsoft Azure, AWS, VMware, and Fortinet.
