As a Presales Solution Consultant, you will drive roadmaps and sales cycles with Account Executives at strategic customers in the Public sector, leading ServiceNow strategy and orchestrating actions with Specialist Solution Sales, Professional Services, and Product Management to increase customer success.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- 5+ years' experience in pre-sales solution consulting, sales consultant, technical sales, sales engineer, or solution engineer role
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions
- Commercial can-do attitude with focus on both customer retainment and new business
- Strong relationship skills to build trusted relationships internally and externally
- Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services
