ServiceNow is seeking a Presales Solution Consultant to develop and deliver product-specific solutions, supporting sales efforts and achieving quarterly/annual objectives. The role involves collaborating with the sales team, customer, and technical teams to effectively communicate the value of ServiceNow's AI-enhanced platform. The role requires strong communication and relationship building skills, with a focus on understanding customer needs and driving business value.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes
  • 4+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience in Customer Experience, Customer Service Management, CRM, or Customer Engagement
  • Experience working on complex deals with Commercial customers in a matrix team
  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions
  • Pitch perfect communication, writing and presenting skills
  • Demonstrated relationship building skills
  • Experience speaking with both business and technical decision makers
  • Experience working collaboratively across a complex sales eco-system
