We are seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer with strong German language skills to join our GTM team in Germany. The role involves establishing credibility, driving technical aspects of the sales process, developing strong relationships with prospects and customers, and maintaining technical understanding of DigiCert PKI/IoT/Signing solutions. The ideal candidate will be the voice of the customer and a technical resource.
Requirements
- Professional working proficiency in German & English
- 2+ years of Pre-sales/Sales/Solutions Engineering experience in cyber security or PKI
- Understanding of IT systems, cloud computing, and networking fundamentals
- Deep technical understanding of PKI, digital trust, and cybersecurity principles
- Experience or familiarity with ServiceNow, GitHub, and REST API integrations
- Hands-on experience of scripting and automation using Bash, PowerShell, Python, or similar languages
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud) and container technologies like Kubernetes
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Requirements Summary
