Principal Business Information Security & Solutions Architect (BISSA)

The Principal Business Information Security & Solutions Architect is a customer-facing, senior-level role that blends the strategic expertise of a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) with the technical proficiency of a Solution Consultant. This hybrid position, akin to a Business Information Security Officer (BISO), focuses on architecting secure, scalable customer workflow solutions on the ServiceNow NOW Platform for financial services clients.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of regulatory and audit matters (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS, SOX, and FINRA)
• Hands-on experience with platform architecture
• Ability to engage C-level executives to align technical solutions with business objectives
• Proven track record in pre-sales, customer-facing roles, delivering complex solutions to C-level stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow Now Platform, including ITSM, Service Portal, and integration development
• Expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Snowflake) and data technologies (e.g., Databricks, Spark, Snowflake schemas)
• Deep understanding of regulatory and audit requirements in financial services (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS, SOX, FINRA, SEC Rule 17a-4, CDMC)
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, SQL) and data tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Talend)
