ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Business Process Consultant to help customers improve their ServiceNow implementations. This role involves guiding customers through configuration and customization, leading workshops, ensuring successful customer outcomes, and contributing to a customer-focused approach to AI. The position leverages AI capabilities to provide prescriptive guidance.

Requirements

  • Leverage or critically think about how to integrate AI into work processes.
  • 8+ years of consulting experience for global organizations, preferably federal, state or local governments.
  • Understanding of AI Models, Deep Learning Models, and Large Language Models.
  • Experience with ServiceNow's Predictive/Task Intelligence, AI Search, and Virtual Agent is highly valued.
  • Strong understanding of Data Compliance Standards (PII/PHI).
  • Proven experience in defining and deploying future-state Customer Service and/or Field Service processes.
