Requirements

- 8+ years of consulting experience with complex, global organizations.
- Understanding of AI Models, Deep Learning Models, and Large Language Models.
- Experience with ServiceNow's Predictive/Task Intelligence, AI Search, and Virtual Agent capabilities.
- Understanding of data compliance standards (PII/PHI).
- Strong understanding of Customer Service and/or Field Service systems.
- Solid experience in Customer Service and/or Field Service strategies.
