Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience in SLA management and Prod critical issues monitoring, escalation and resolution
- Exposure in ServiceNow Portal and organizational change procedures
- Experience in Java development, process automation, application health monitoring tools, Devops
- Experience in PL SQL
