Principal DEX Solutions Architect

Eaton's Digital Employee Experience (DEX) team is seeking a Principal Digital Employee Experience Solutions Architect to join our team. The Principal DEX Architect will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and architectural designs for the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) team’s main services with a focus on emerging technologies such as Generative and Agentic AI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or a related field from an accredited institution
• Minimum eight (8) years’ experience in IT roles of increasing responsibility
• Minimum five (5) years ServiceNow consulting experience, with a history of leading large-scale, complex implementations
• ServiceNow Certified Administrator (CSA)
• ITSM Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM)
• Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Two additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CIS in CSM, HR, SecOps)
• Azure/M365 Certification
