  • 8+ years in Customer Engagement roles
  • Prior experience with ServiceNow products
  • Strong project management experience
  • Strong cross-functional, technical project management experience
  • BS/BA degree in computer science, engineering or related discipline preferred
  • Strong documentation and presentation skills
